I have had a strange summer. Summer is a quieter time here at the Cotswold Emporium. Lots of customers are off on their holidays and things slow down. I was poorly for a while and unfortunately we suffered a loss in our family so the quietness came at the right time. It gave us time to grieve and reflect. But life has to carry on and September is a new month.
The change in weather means one thing. Autumn is on it’s way. Is there anything better than beautiful autumn colours and smell of bonfires while nice and cosy in your home. I have some fabulous furniture due in this month to help make your home cosy, warm and homely.
I will be updating the site at least 3 times a week so watch this space.
If you are looking to sell pieces please bear in mind that i do not buy beds, sofas , or electricals. I also no longer buy Mahogany furniture unless it is part of a multibuy. I also do not buy anything flatpack. Ideally i am looking for Vintage Ercol , G plan , teak and vintage leather chairs. Pieces where the market is not slow.
